Redeeming your promo code

1. To redeem your West Elm coupon, start off by copying the code with the greatest savings.

2. Head to the store’s checkout page and fill out your order details.

3. When you reach the Payment stage, click on the “Promo Code” drop-down, right under your billing address.

4. Enter your coupon and click on Apply.

If your promo code isn’t working, try this:

• Check if the West Elm deal you want to use is still active.

• Make sure your order meets the coupon’s requirements (e.g., minimum purchase, discounts for elect items only, etc.)

• Check that you have entered the promo code correctly. If you have missed or added a space or a symbol, the system won’t accept the code.

If there are no promo codes available…

If you can’t find active West Elm promo codes, you can try some of the expired coupons on our website. Sometimes, they might still work. Making returns

Per West Elm’s return policy, shoppers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. For quick-ship upholstery items, the deadline is 7 days. Keep in mind that made-to-order items cannot be returned. Ineligible items also include gift cards, damaged items due to normal wear and tear, monogrammed items, final sale items, and Robin mattresses and foundations.
