Redeeming a coupon code

1. Find the coupon code that saves you the most, and copy it.

2. Select your items on the Mattress Firm website and add them to your cart.

3. Click the shopping cart icon at the top right corner of the screen.

4. On the right-hand side above your order total, locate where it says, "have a promo code." Click the drop-down and a box will appear.

5. Enter or paste your promo code into the box and click "apply." 

If your promo code isn't working, try this:

• Check to make sure you entered the Mattress Firm promo code exactly. Some require capitalization, and some don’t.

• Double-check whether the expiration date has passed.

• Make sure the Mattress Firm coupon code is good for the specific mattress you want.

• Make sure you didn’t accidentally enter the wrong quantity of items in your cart.

Thanks to no-cost Silver Service, you get free delivery from Mattress Firm. This offer includes free shipping from Mattress Firm with delivery all the way to your front door or garage. With some offers, Mattress Firm will include white glove delivery to bring your mattress all the way to your bedroom, although, these options are not free. 

Rewards program

Outside of a Mattress Firm membership, the company offers daily savings to help anyone find the right mattress for them. While this is true, there is no current Mattress Firm rewards program to reward customers for their loyalty to the company. 

Mattress Firm app

Mattress Firm, unfortunately, does not have an app for customers to use to shop or save. Their website is extremely organized and easy to you on your desktop or mobile browser.

Sign up offer

Sign up for the Mattress Firm newsletter to be up to date on all of their special offers and promotions. While their newsletter sign-up coupon is not a permanent promotion, when it is active, you can get as much as $50 off your next order. Student discount

Students and teachers can both take advantage of the Mattress Firm education discount. Simply verify your status on the Mattress Firm website, and you'll be able to take 10-20% off your mattress order. To be eligible for this discount, you must be a full or part-time college student or a teacher, faculty, or staff member of a K-12 school and degree-granting college or university. The discount is single-use, however, you can request a new one every 90 days.

How to get a military discount 

Military members, veterans, retirees, spouses, and registered dependents can all take advantage of the Mattress Firm military discount. Simply verify your status on the Mattress Firm website and you'll save an extra 10-20% on your next order. Similarly, you can also take advantage of the Mattress Firm first responder discount if you are a medical professional, first responder, law enforcement office, EMT, paramedic, or firefighter.

Refer a friend

Mattress Firm does not currently offer a refer-a-friend discount. You and your friends can still save by shopping in the sale section on the Mattress Firm website or signing up for their newsletter.

Making returns

Mattress Firm offers a 120-night sleep trial period. If you are unsatisfied with your mattress purchase within that time frame, they will pick it up and send you a new one. You can only exchange your mattress once with a return fee of $99.99, which will go towards the purchase of a different mattress. Some mattresses, however, are not eligible for the 120-day trial and are final sale. 

Payment options

Mattress Firm allows customers to pay using major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, in addition to PayPal. You can also take advantage of their financing options, including lease-to-own, and pay as little as $1 a month for your new mattress.
