Warranty for branded products

For any Bellacor branded items that are defective, you can replace them for up to a full year from the date of purchase. When initiating the replacement, you must communicate all defects or damages. Upon Bellacor's receipt of the returned items, they will perform verification of your reported issues. Once it has been confirmed, you'll receive a full refund or exchange. For other brands, you must contact the manufacturer.

Making returns

The return policy at Bellacor allows you to receive a refund, minus shipping and restocking fees, within 30 days from the order delivery date, or 60 days for PRO clients.
