Redeeming your SeatGeek promo code

Follow our team-tested steps below to use your SeatGeek code successfully:

1. Use the SeatGeek site to find the event you want.

2. Then, pick your seats on the venue map.

3. Next, enter your email or log in to your account to pay.

4. On the billing page, add your promo code to get a discount.

5. Check that the price is lower and then click "Send My Tickets" to finish buying.

• First, make sure the code works for the event category you're buying tickets for. You can't use a code for football tickets on concert tickets.

• Check that the code is still good and hasn't expired. Also, make sure you type it in exactly right when you enter it on the SeatGeek payment page.

• If you can't find where to put in the promo code, it might not work for the tickets you picked. You might need to choose different tickets.

If there are no promo codes available...

When you can't find SeatGeek codes you can still save money on tickets for events by trying expired coupons. Or you can get the SeatGeek app to get notified when prices go down.

Combining coupons

You can only use one SeatGeek code when you purchase tickets. The newest code will be automatically applied, but you can change it before you pay if you need to.

SeatGeek does not offer refunds, cancelations, or exchanges, since it is simply a reseller marketplace. All sales on their platform are final, however, you can easily re-list and resell them. The only exception to this policy is if your event is cancelled; in this case, SeatGeek will refund you 100% of your purchase amount.

To pay for your order, you can use any major credit or debit card or a SeatGeek gift card. At this time, they do not accept any alternative forms of payment.
