Redeeming your SeatGeek promo code

1. Find your desired event on the SeatGeek website using the search box.

2. Click on the event listing to view the venue diagram and choose your seats.

3. Proceed to the billing page by entering your email address or phone number, or by logging into your account.

4. On the billing page, select "promo code" above your order total.

5. Enter your coupon code in the designated box.

6. Confirm that the discount is applied and click "Send My Tickets" to complete your purchase.

If your promo code isn't working, try this: 

• Verify if the code is applicable to the event you're purchasing tickets for. For example, ensure you're not using a coupon code meant for football tickets on concert tickets.

• Check the validity of the code. Make sure it is not expired and is still within the valid date range.

• Pay attention to the exact spelling and punctuation of the code when entering it on the SeatGeek billing page. Correct any accidental errors as they can cause issues.

• If you're unable to find where to enter the promo code, it's possible that your selected tickets may not be eligible for applying a promo code. In such cases, consider selecting a different ticket option.

If there are no promo codes available...

You can always find ways to save on your event tickets. Try checking out some of our expired coupons, as sometimes they are valid past their expiration date. Otherwise, download the SeatGeek app to conveniently keep up with any drops in prices for tickets to your desired event. 

Combining coupons

You can only use one SeatGeek code per purchase. If you have multiple promo codes on your account, SeatGeek will apply the newest code to your purchase. However, if this is not the code you wish to use, you can change them before submitting your payment.

As SeatGeek is an online-only platform for buying and selling event tickets, there is no physical store location to use their coupons.

SeatGeek does not offer refunds, cancelations, or exchanges, since it is simply a reseller marketplace. All sales on their platform are final, however, you can easily re-list and resell them. The only exception to this policy is if your event is cancelled; in this case, SeatGeek will refund you 100% of your purchase amount.
