Making returns

JOANN accepts returns by mail or in-stores. To schedule your return, you must submit a request with their customer care team by filling out a "Contact Us Form." You will have $7.95 deducted from your overall refund to pay for the shipping and handling costs. If you are returning a sewing machine or a Circut machine, you will also need to pay a $25 restocking fee.
