Redeeming a J. Crew coupon

1. Copy your desired code and head to the J.Crew website. 

2. Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart. 

3. Locate the "add a promo code or gift card" box on the right-hand side of the checkout page.

4. Paste your coupon code in the box and click "apply."

If your code isn't working, try this:

1. Ensure that your order meets the requirements.

2. Check the expiration date on your code. 

3. Try typing the code in one digit at a time to see if this corrects the problems you are experiencing.

If there are no promo codes available...

You can still save on your order by shopping in the sale section on the website. There you will find products in each category discounted by more than 60%. If you scroll to the bottom of the website home page, under the "quick links" tab, you'll see "Offers & promotions." There you can find all the best deals and offers currently available.

Combining coupons

Unfortunately, J.Crew does not allow customers to apply multiple coupons to a single order. Be sure to apply the code of the highest value to your order for the most savings.

While you cannot use your online J.Crew coupons to save on in-store purchases, you will often find similar promotions.

Members of the J.Crew Passport program will receive a free birthday gift with a purchase during the month of their birthday. The gift can be a small accessory or even a promo code to help you save on your order. 

How to get a military discount

If you're a military member or veteran, medical professional, or first responder, you can receive a 15% J.Crew discount. Here's how: 

1. Visit the J.Crew website and locate the tab, "Medical & military personnel" or "first responder." 

2. Verify your identity via the link to SheerID using your professional ID card. 

3. You'll receive a promo code to apply to your order up to 4 times a month.

Making returns

You can return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items to J.Crew within 30 days of purchase. A fee of $7.50 will be deducted from your refund in order to pay for shipping costs. Monogrammed or other personalized products, however, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
