Cancelling trips

It is possible to cancel your trip without contacting your host. Go to your booked trips under the Trips tab. Select the preferred trip and click on Modify Trip. Choose to cancel the trip for an immediate cancellation. Choose a refund option to finalize the process.

How to make an inquiry from a Turo host

It is possible to send messages to your host on Turo. Go to booked trips under the Trips tab. Select your trip and click on Message. Should you get no response on this service, feel free to call or text your host.

Turo rewards program

Regular clients on Turo are likely to benefit from the loyalty reward program. Clients who have booked more than 10 days of trips are eligible for an extra day. The Turo reward program is available as a promo code and is valid for 180 days. You are only eligible for this bonus if you are able to cover the 10 days within a 180-day period.
