Making returns

The Straight Talk return policy states that if you purchased your phone from Straight Talk you may return it within 30 days as long as it is in new, working condition. You must also return the receipt, the manufacturer’s packaging, and any accessories. You must also pay the return postage. You cannot return phone plans or SIM cards.
