Redeeming your Glossier promo code

2. A pop-up window will appear on the right-hand side. This is your checkout page.

3. Below the subtotal will be a discount line where you can enter your code.

4. Any discount will be reflected once you've entered the code.

5. Below the Estimated Total line, press Checkout to complete your order.

If your promo code isn't working, try this

• Make sure the coupon code has been properly entered. It's better to copy and paste rather than manually entering the code.

• Check that the coupon applies to the product(s) you are purchasing.

• Ensure the coupon code hasn't expired.

If there are no promo codes available...

Check out the bottom of the Glossier homepage, there is a link that says, "FREE STUFF." If you click on this, you will be asked to enter your email to unlock your Glossier free gift.

There is a Glossier newsletter coupon. When you sign up, the Glossier newsletter allows you to get exclusive first access to new products. The Glossier sign-up offer also gives you discounts on products and entry into events. Though the discount amount changes, it typically ranges from 10-20%. 

Refer a friend

If you are signed up for a Glossier account, you can participate in the Glossier refer a friend program. Simply share your unique referral link and send it to your contacts. When your contact makes a purchase within 7 days of receiving the link, you will receive $10 in Glossier credit. Those you refer must be new Glossier customers.

Making returns

Glossier accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact the Glosser customer service team to receive a return slip to send in the mail and, once they have received the order, you will receive a full refund within 5-10 business days.
