Redeeming your Paula's Choice promo code

Combining coupons

Paula’s Choice does not allow coupon combining. For example, you can not apply a coupon to discounted sales items. The store typically allows the application of discount codes only to regularly priced merchandise. If an exception applies, the website will note it.

If you can't find a free shipping code, Paula's Choice standard shipping costs $5.50 and takes 3-5 business days to arrive.

You can make a return for a refund at Paula’s Choice within 60 days of purchase, otherwise, you can get store credit for items returned up to 180 days after purchase. To submit a return, you can fill out the return/exchange form on the back of your packing slip. If you didn't keep your original packaging, log into your account to print out a new one. Use this label to ship your return to the Paula's Choice returns address and expect to receive your refund within 10 days of it being received and processed.
