Occasionally, Crate and Barrel run free delivery coupons that may be applicable for all or again, selected items and categories only. Delivery fees start at $4.95 for items under $15 and can go up to $21.95 for standard, 3-5 business days deliveries.

Making returns

Crate and Barrel’s return policy is fairly generous. You can return non-furniture and non-rug items within 90 days of your order. You’ll need proof of purchase and the original packing as well. As for furniture and rugs, you have to contact their customer service within 7 days of the purchase and follow their instructions. Once the returned item is received, Crate and Barrel will post it to your credit/debit card account within 7 to 10 business days. In-store returns are limited to $100 in cash. Any remaining amounts will be refunded as a check by mail.
