If you own or operate a business, you also qualify for a special rate. U-Haul offers a discounted rate when you rent a cargo van or a pickup truck. Not only can you put more miles on the vehicle without paying an additional fee, but you can also add more days to your rental for less. Making returns

The U-Haul return policy only applies to product purchases. If you buy packing or moving supplies and do not use them, you can return them. U-Haul agrees to buy back all products that are unused as long as you have the original receipt. You can also return them to any U-Haul location.

Payment options

In addition to credit and debit cards, U-Haul payment options include cash. If you want to pay this way, you need to show a credit or debit card, though. You may have the option of putting down a cash deposit, too. The card covers any damage or other fees you incur.
