If your promo code isn't working, try this

• Check the expiration date on the coupon. It may no longer be valid.

• Check that you correctly entered the code.

• Look to see whether the promo code applies to the items you have selected.

Making returns

You can request a refund on Teleflora orders you are not fully satisfied with. Simply contact their customer service and explain the issues you had with your order. If a refund is in order, they will credit your payment method back within 10 days.
