RefRecycling

RefRecycling is Reformation's in-store clothing and shoe recycling program. Although Reformation has been recycling and reusing clothes since 2015, the company also decided to recycle used Ref clothes by breaking them back into fiber when simple repairs or embellishments no longer work to maintain them. You get store credit for bringing your used Ref activewear, outerwear, tees, sweaters, denim, bags, and shoes to a location near you. Free shipping at Reformation applies to all orders with no minimum purchase requirement. Simply create your order, and on the checkout screen, you'll see Free Standard Shipping selected by default. This option takes 3 to 7 business days. You can also choose Ground, Express, or Next Day shipping for an additional fee.

Making returns

With several locations around the world, the Reformation return policy allows you to return undesired items to a store within 30 days of their delivery date. There is no return shipping fee for in-store returns, Instant RefCredit, exchanges, or when you keep at least one item from your order. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Payment options

Credit cards, PayPal, and AfterPay are all acceptable Reformation payment methods for online orders. Reformation promo codes and gift cards can also be used in combination with another payment method.
