You can receive free shipping at Lifetouch when you place your order on or before Picture Day using a Picture Day ID. Since your order will be delivered to your school or organization, you won't be charged for shipping. There is a shipping fee if you place your order after Picture Day, which means your order will be delivered to your home.

How to get a military discount

The Lifetouch military discount is a limited-time offer available to veterans and active-duty military personnel through JCPenney Portraits by Lifetouch. Previously, there was an available discount of 50% off several professional photography services. This offer seems to have been available only in-store.

Check the status of your order

To check the status of your order, sign in and go to the dashboard. Then, click on Order History and click on View Status or See Order Details. If you didn't register an account, you can sign up with the email address you used for your order. You'll also be able to see any Lifetouch coupons you've applied.

Making returns

According to the Lifetouch return policy, the company offers a satisfaction guarantee. Retouching options are available, but you also have the option of free retakes. If you're still unsatisfied, you may return the portraits for a full refund. Exchanges are not allowed.
