Making returns

The Allivet return policy lets you return a product easily. You can do so by contacting a customer care specialist by email or using their toll-free phone number within 30 days of receipt. You'll then receive an RMA number to write on the outside of the box. The cost of return shipping is non-refundable.

Allivet payment options are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Allivet Reward points, e-gift cards, and other account credit cards. PayPal is not permitted to order prescription medications.
