Dell Refurbished cosmetic grades

Because Dell Refurbished products are certified refurbished, they have been restored to like-new performance. The main difference is cosmetic, with two different grades. Grade A is the highest and has very good to excellent cosmetic condition; this means some are pristine, while others have slight blemishes. Grade B is like Grade A performance-wise but with lower pricing due to having some cosmetic blemishes, including shiny areas and scratches.

Warranties

There is a 100-day limited warranty on every system from Dell Refurbished, which covers defects in materials and workmanship beginning from the date of purchase. Additionally, there is an optional extended warranty at an additional cost, depending on whether you purchase a laptop ($49), desktop ($39), mobile workstation ($49), or fixed workstation ($59). It ends one year from the purchase date specified on your order invoice.

Making returns

You are allowed to return any product you purchase within 30 days of the invoice date to receive a refund on the purchase price, minus the cost of shipping. The Dell Refurbished return policy may apply a 15% restocking fee except for DFS errors or product defects.
