Presidents' Day long weekend sales

The Presidents' Day long weekend sales are likely to start on the Saturday before Presidents' Day and run through the week. This year Presidents' Day is Monday, February 20, so you should start seeing deals around Friday, February 17.

Presidents’ Day was initially established as a holiday to celebrate George Washington’s birthday. However, now, we celebrate to honor all US presidents.

Yes, Presidents’ Day is a federal holiday. This means most federal government offices will be closed that Monday, in addition to banks, schools, and businesses that choose to honor the holiday. 

How long do Presidents' Day sales last? 

You can expect to see the sales begin the Friday before the holiday and last until Monday. Some deals may even extend further into the week.
