Redeeming your promo code

After many years of studying the easiest ways to save, we've found that applying a promo code at checkout is, in fact, the best way! Follow these 5 steps to redeem your coupon on StubHub: 

1. Find the promotion code that will save you the most money and copy it.

2. Head over to the StubHub website and select the tickets that you want.

3. When you’re finished, visit the checkout page and find "manage discounts" above your order total. 

4. The discount codes box will open, select "add a discount code."

5. Paste your coupon code and click on the apply button to update the total.

If your promo code isn't working, try this:

Was the StubHub coupon typed incorrectly? Some are case-sensitive.

• Has the coupon expired? Only valid codes can be redeemed.

• Do you have to purchase a minimum amount in order to get the discount?

• Does the coupon apply to a specific item or category?

If there are no promo codes available...

When you search for your event tickets on the StubHub website, try filtering the ticket prices to find one that fits your budget. Otherwise, you can try checking out other similar ticket vendors for better prices. 

Combining coupons

You can apply multiple StubHub coupons to your order, however, it is important to note that not all coupons can be combined. To find out which coupons cannot be combined, simply sign in to your account and go through the checkout process. Coupons that cannot be applied or combined with others will not appear on the discount code window.

Using online coupons at the venue

As StubHub is an online marketplace to purchase tickets to events, you can only apply your StubHub promo codes to online orders. If you plan on purchasing your tickets at the venue, you will not be able to purchase them through StubHub.

Public holiday sales

There are many different types of tickets you can purchase on StubHub that don't require any delivery, like their mobile transfer tickets. You will often find mobile tickets, which will be transferred from the seller to you. You will not have to pay any delivery fees for these types of tickets. However, for paper tickers, you may be charged for delivery. 

Stubhub Fan Rewards program

The Stubhub Fan Rewards program was, unfortunately, discontinued. Regular StubHub customers can still take advantage of the range of promo codes to save on their orders. 

The Stubhub app

The StubHub app is available on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. It allows you to search for tickets to events, make purchases, and manage your listings. You can also use the app to download tickets for entering your events, although, there is no specific discount you will get for downloading the app.

How to get a military discount

At this time, StubHub does not offer a military discount. Active members of the military, as well as veterans, can save on tickets by downloading the app and turning on alerts to be notified of price drops for their desired events. 

How to get a student discount

StubHub does not currently offer a permanent student discount. If you're a student, you can occasionally find StubHub coupons specifically for students to save on event tickets. 

Sign up offer

You can find some great StubHub sign-up offers when you enter your email address. In the past, new customers have been able to get coupons to provide a discount on the first order. You will also get StubHub newsletter coupons sent to your inbox along with upcoming deals and events to stay in the loop.

Promo codes for first orders at StubHub

StubHub does not offer a regular first-order discount at this time. However, new customers can use regular StubHub promo codes to save on their first orders.

Refer a friend

StubHub does not currently offer a refer-a-friend program to help you and your friends save. Sign up for their newsletter to stay up to date on all the best opportunities to save on your order.

Refund policy

StubHub allows refunds if you purchased tickets for an event that got canceled. They will actually refund you 120% of the amount you paid in StubHub credit, or you can request a cash refund instead. If you request a cash refund, the money will be placed back in your original payment method within 5 days.

You can purchase tickets on StubHub using any major credit or debit card. Additionally, they accept StubHub gift cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Affirm.
