Redeeming your promo code
Take these steps to claim your SeatGeek coupon code:
Find the event that you are looking for on the SeatGeek website. If you aren't sure which event you want to book tickets for, then you can use the search box to find something that sounds interesting.
Click on your event listing. This brings up a detailed diagram of the venue for the event.
Use the diagram to select your seating. You can find the price of each ticket next to its listing near the diagram or scroll through the list to find a price that suits your budget.
Enter your email and phone number or log in to your account to proceed to the billing page.
On the right-hand side, above your order total, select "promo code."
Enter your desired coupon code into the appropriate box on the billing page.
Make sure SeatGeek recognizes your discount code and click "Send My Tickets" to finish.
If your promo code isn't working, try this:
Is your code appropriate for the event that you are buying tickets for? Make sure that you aren't trying to use a coupon code for football tickets on concert tickets, for example.
Check the dates to see if this code is current or expired,
Are you using the code's exact spelling and punctuation when you are putting it in the box on the SeatGeek billing page? Fixing any accidental errors usually fixes the problem.
If you can't locate where to enter the promo code, your tickets may not be eligible to apply a promo code. In this case, try selecting a different ticket option.
If there are no promo codes available...
You can always find ways to save on your event tickets. Try checking out some of our expired coupons, as sometimes they are valid past their expiration date. Otherwise, download the SeatGeek app to conveniently keep up with any drops in prices for tickets to your desired event.
Combining coupons
You can only use one SeatGeek code per purchase. If you have multiple promo codes on your account, SeatGeek will apply the newest code to your purchase. However, if this is not the code you wish to use, you can change them out before submitting your payment.
Using online coupons in stores
As SeatGeek is an online-only platform for buying and selling event tickets, there is no physical store location to use their coupons.

While you won't find specific sales on SeatGeek for public holidays, you will find plenty of tickets for events that take place over holiday weekends. Fortunately, most events are now moving away from physical tickets and more commonly accept e-tickets, or digital tickets. This means your tickets to your event will be sent to you via email or you can access them via the SeatGeek app. Otherwise, your shipping costs will vary depending on the event you are going to. If you must order physical tickets, you can view free shipping listings by filtering your options by "prices with fees."
Rewards program
Unfortunately, SeatGeek does not have a rewards program in place for users to take advantage of. However, keep reading to find out more ways frequent customers can still save.
The SeatGeek app
On the SeatGeek app, you can conveniently access ticket listings to your favorite events. The app is free to download on the Apple app store or Google Play store. You can turn on notifications to be notified of any time your favorite artists schedule a show near you. At the time, SeatGeek doesn't offer a military discount on their tickets. However, you can still get the best deals when you purchase tickets through SeatGeek.
Student discount
