Redeeming your Postmates promo code

2. Click on your profile icon at the top left of the home screen.

3. Scroll down to "Promos and Credits" and click on that.

4. Type the code exactly as shown and click "Apply.”

Check out the "Save on your first order" section to find restaurants with discounted menu items or free delivery. You can also filter the restaurants shown to fit your price range or check out the "Rewards for You" for more special offers.

Combining coupons 

Postmates only currently allows customers to apply one promo code per order. Be sure to select the coupon offering the most savings on your order.

Refunds

Postmates only provides refunds if you received the wrong order. If you cancel your order, it will not be eligible for a refund. If you are missing an item in your order, you can contact Postmates customer service and request a refund, which they may grant if they see fit.
