Making returns

The generous Our Place return policy allows you to return or exchange your purchase within 100 days of your order being shipped. You will need to provide your order number to the returns team in order to be eligible for a return. The item must be shipped back to an Our Place facility, in as-new condition, and with all original packaging. 

You can find out more information and proceed to initiate a return via the returns portal on the website. Remember that sale items are not eligible to be returned, and refunds are not available for shipping fees.
