Click on the “Financing” tab and sign up for Bread Pay to set up an installment plan to pay for your order. You can choose six, twelve, or 36 months to pay for your mattress, base, or bedding. After you apply, you'll receive an answer from Comenity Bank, and the bank will provide you with your installment options.

The Leesa military discount is available to all active-duty military personnel and veterans.

Once verified, you and your spouse can get the military discount on all future orders.

Newsletter sign-up coupon

The Leesa newsletter sign-up coupon arrives via email after subscribing. You must enter your email address into the newsletter sign-up box and click “Submit.” With your order, you will receive up to $700 off mattresses and two pillows.

Making returns

The Leesa return policy states that you have 30 days to return any Leesa accessories. However, you have a full 100-night trial period to test the mattresses. If you do not wish to purchase the mattress after the trial, you can return it for a complete refund.

Payment options

The accepted payment methods at Leesa include all major credit or debit cards. You can use a PayPal debit card. They do not currently accept Google or Apple Pay. Save a payment method in your user account for convenience.
