When you buy a Jackery solar product, it comes with a 24-month warranty based on the date of purchase. Exceptions are the Explorer Pro Series power stations and the Solar Saga 80W and 200W products that have a three-year warranty. Save your receipt and have the serial number at hand for expedited replacement.

You can get free shipping if you live in the continental US. You’ll receive free standard shipping, and your order will arrive in two to five business days. Jackery ships all customer orders via FedEx. Jackery doesn’t require you to sign for your packages.

How to get a military discount

The Jackery military discount gives you 15% off all purchases. To get verified, follow these steps.

1. Click the "Service Discount" link at the bottom of the page.

2. Click “Verify” after the page loads.

3. Follow all onscreen instructions to verify your identity and military status.

Once you complete the verification process, you will receive a discount on all future orders. Military spouses can also get the discount.

Making returns

According to the Jackery return policy, you have 30 days to start a return. You must contact Jackery via their customer service number or email to explain why you want to return the products. All products must be returned in brand-new condition with the original packaging. You must have proof of purchase when requesting a return.
