Redeeming your promo code

1. Pick the ILIA coupon that’ll give you the best savings options, and make sure to copy it. 

2. Head to their website and choose which products you want to buy.

3. Once you’ve completed your shopping, visit the checkout section.

4. Find the discount field and enter the promo code.

If your promo code isn’t working, try this:

• Ensure the promo code is still valid

• Double-check if there are any minimum order amount requirements

• The offer may apply to specific products only, so make sure you have them in your cart

• Check if you’ve entered the code correctly

If there are no promo codes available…

You can always try if one of the expired coupons we have in store is still redeemable. Sometimes, you can use out-of-date promo codes long after their expiry date.

Combining coupons

At present, combining coupons isn’t allowed at ILIA. In other words, you can redeem one promo code per order. 

Using online coupons in-stores

We couldn’t find specific information about whether you can utilize online coupons at stores supplying products. You should inquire whether it’s allowed before visiting your nearest store.

Black Friday sale

Shopping at ILIA comes with the chance to grab deep discounts on their Black Friday sale. Shoppers can claim 20% off sitewide. During the promo, you also receive a gift for every order, such as a multi-stick, lip wrap, etc.

Public holiday sales

Public holidays come with other incredible deals. We couldn’t find any specific promotions at ILIA on public holidays. We would recommend staying tuned for updates, though.

Seasonal sales

ILIA launches different seasonal promotions throughout the year. We found they have previously issued a Pre-Christmas offer for free shipping on all orders $100+. Look out for more savings options on Mother’s Day. There are also special offers in June. We discovered they sometimes offer a one-day-only promotion for 20% off when you buy 3 or more lip essentials.

Returning products from ILIA is hassle-free. Under their return policy, you have up to 60 days to request a return for a product you’re dissatisfied with. They also accept exchanges. Keep in mind that you can return items on sale.
