Redeeming your Good American promo code

It’s easy to redeem your promo code and start making major savings. All you have to do is follow these steps:

1. Find the items that you want to purchase, select the size, and then choose “Add to Bag” from the product page.

2. A pop-up will appear, and you can click the “Checkout” option. Alternatively, you can reach the checkout page by selecting the shopping bag icon in the top-right corner of the page. 

3. You will go to the checkout page to see a summary of the items that you will order and the delivery information.

4. To the right of the page, you will see a field labeled “Gift card or discount code.”

5. Type your Good American coupon code into that field and select “Apply” to claim your discount!

If your promo code isn’t working, try this:

• Double-check that the deal you are trying to claim matches the product that you’re trying to purchase.

• Make sure that you entered the coupon code correctly. We recommend copying and pasting the code to avoid any errors!

• Confirm that your Good American discount hasn’t already expired. It’s possible that you need to find a new promo code to use from this page.

If there are no promo codes available

Making returns

The Good American return policy allows you to return or exchange an item purchased from the online store within 21 days of your order being shipped. Any returns are subject to a restocking fee that will be deducted from your total refund. Please note that items must be unused, in their original condition, and with their tags attached to be eligible for a refund. For swimwear and other items with a protective adhesive strip, this strip must still be attached when returning your item to ensure your refund request is accepted. You can start your return by visiting the website and using the online returns portal. Refunds can take between 7 and 10 business days to appear.
