If you're active duty or you served in the military previously, you can get a Francesca's military discount. The discount is 10% off all purchases.

Once you've verified your identity and status, your information will be saved in your user account, and you will get the military discount on all purchases. Your spouse can also take advantage of this discount.

Francesca’s promo codes for first orders

You can get a first-order promo code by signing up for the Fran Club. Once you've completed all the steps to join the rewards program, the store emails you a promo code to get 20% off your first order. You cannot coupon-stack, so you can only use this promo code on your first order, not any additional discount.

Making returns

According to Francesca's return policy, you have up to 21 days to start a return to get a refund for your order. However, if 90 days haven't passed, you can get a return to get store credit. There are no refunds for final sale items, swimwear, gift cards, and intimates. Francesca's reserves the right to deny any returns.

Payment options

Francesca's payment methods include all major credit cards, Francesca's gift cards, Apple Pay, and Afterpay. You can securely save any payment method in your user account, and you won't have to re-enter it when ordering. You can also set up Afterpay to pay installments over four months.
