Making returns

You may return your unused Dr. Martens order within 30 days of making your purchase. Start your return on their website to create your return label, then bring your package to a UPS location nearest you. $7 will be deducted from your refund total in order to pay for shipping. You cannot, however, bring your item into a Dr. Martens retail store to submit your return.
