You can secure a Cleo student discount for the Cleo Builder subscription. It gives you a 33% discount, meaning you will end up paying only $9.99 as opposed to $14.99 per month. If you want to redeem this offer, then you will need to be verified as a student or recent graduate on the website Student Beans. 

Making returns

While you won’t be making any returns with Cleo, because it’s a subscription service, you can cancel it. If you’re looking to cancel Cleo Plus, simply say “Cancel” when the app is open. You’ll be asked a couple of questions that you need to answer and then an “Unsubscribe” button will appear on your screen. Your cancellation will be confirmed by email. Remember, if you have an active advance, you’ll still have to repay it on your chosen date.

Payment options

If you subscribe to any of the app’s paid tiers, Cleo payments are debited directly with the card you signed up with from your bank, but check with Plaid, an API provider, to see if it supports your bank. Also, not all banks are compatible with the Cleo Cash Advance feature.
